This platform works for clients who have specific HR projects they need completed or would like to keep an HR Generalist on retainer similar to a lawyer for when things come up.

 

HOW IT WORKS—Under this platform we assign your company a certified HR Professional to handle whatever HR related matter you might need. We can bill on a project to project basis, or allocate you a certain number of hours per month to utilize the HR professional. Hours can be rolled from month to month if unused, but must be used within the contract year.
